Best Posts in Thread: /towny top for everyone

/towny top ,tells you either the nations/towns with the most residents or the town with the most claimed land in the town world.

The problem is, residents of the town don't have access to the command. I see no harm in allowing everyone to run this command.
(I think only mayers can use /towny top , maybe co's)

Commands:
/towny top residents
/towny top residents town
/towny top land
