Definitely. From an economic standpoint, what you say makes a lot of sense; many rely on the god tools/armor/books market to get by. From a PVP standpoint, the terrarium will be rendered useless if full-fledged 1.9 is implemented; a god-to-god fight could take well over 15 minutes because of the cooldowns, something I don't think too many people will spend the time for.
