Helper Application from BaM_Nitro

I saw a lot of bad judgement calls from you when you were Helper, and they continued, if not got worse, when you became a Moderator, as you suddenly seemed to decide that you were right in these cases.

I have no idea if you've changed this time around, but it's something to keep in mind. There were issues when you were staff, you had a tendency to ignore or even drop modreqs, and there were a lot of times when calls for bans that I saw you make were way too harsh or in general didn't need a ban.

You put playing and moderating pvp and minigames over modreqs, and while that's not necessarily terrible, it isn't good.

I really don't think you are ready to become Helper again yet.

Confusing demotion reason,
I don't understand how that is abusing perms. It could be classified as leaking staff information I guess but I would think he has the right to check logs randomly. Isn't that a mod's job? He suspected a player and checked up on them. Maybe the fault was confronting the player about it?

Since you are so recently demoted I'm going to guess that this isn't the full story. I heard you were good staff but until some time has passed and I understand why you were demoted I say -1 Something that small doesn't go mod to cit right?
However it could have been a bad call on the admins part, I don't know.
tl; dr I don't understand why you were demoted
