+1. You are very active, and lately I have seen the modlist at a very small number quite often. You are good at moderating and I've enjoyed talking to you in TS. I don't know the details of why you were demoted, such as what exactly was abused, but it worries me that it was bad enough to go directly from Mod to off of staff. Given what information I have, I think you should be staff again. If not now, then in a couple more weeks.

EDIT: Unless all you did was check the logs and didn't actually get anything out of it...

 

I can't believe that I don't have a custom title and you do, but other than my jealousy, +1

Basically, he used the logs for personal reasons to check if something had been paid, then he saw something in the logs his friend had said that made him mad, they got in an argument, and he ended up demoted.

Your demotion reason was silly. It seemed to be an accident, on what you saw, and while you shouldn't have taken the action you did youy've learned from this. That one tiny mistake isn't so mad compared to your excellent staff work.

You were a great staff member before your demotion; you were always dedicated and helpful. I think you learned from your mistake and deserve a second chance (besides, I only got warned for something similar).

Edit: One time while dealing with an issue, you barely responded and just kept running around in a circle, Then later when it came time to ban the player you were simply just "too lazy". When I told adloves someone had a inappropriate name, the player was banned in seconds. I don't want a staff that is "too lazy". I don't know how hard or how long it takes to ban a player, so please correct me, but my -1 stands.

 

He was a helpful staff member + he's experienced. Sure he may have made a mistake but don't we all? He understands what he did and he's sorry for it.

You shouldn't have lost staff in all, it should've been at most a demotion to helper. Staff needs a person like you right now, and it'd be such a loss for them not to accept you.

 

Huge +1. The reason you were demoted is pretty dumb. Cause "checking the logs" is really abusive and demotable, right? It's not that big a deal. You were a real good staff member and was shocked when I heard about your demotion.
