There are so many benefits to this mod being implemented to the server for Ultimate's only.
*Better Buildings on the server
*More active people
*More people wanting to donate money for the Ultimate perk
*Limiting the actual block copy capabilities to reduce lag
*Ultimate actually being worth the $320
I personally can't see any drawbacks with this perk except
*limiting the copy and paste limit
*having to modify the mod b4 adding it
This perk if added could obviously be limited to its liking by the actual devs/admins that add it. Its not going to be the perfect perk to add onto the server straight away, its going to have to be tweaked a little.
Any glitches for this perk have already been reported for it on the wikis page that the website url provides.

Yes you're copying an item/building that you've created but guess what? You can't actually paste that item/building until you have all of the required items in your inventory to do so. So yes its kind of like copying and pasting but its more legal and safe.

Its not being lazy its being time smart. Something that could take me 3-4 months in Alpha could probably take me 3-4 days with this perk. Its time I could be using more productively towards my town or the server. Defiantly a perk players will want to donate for.
It's basically the Kindergarten version of World Edit that can't crash the server, can't be abused, can't be harmful in anyway to the server.
You basically select the area or thing you want copied then you select the area as to where you would like to put it. It makes a ghost block version of the thing that you're building so you know where it will be placed. It tells you how much and which items that are going to be used, and it will not place the thing that you're creating down until you have all of the required items for it.
Obviously this can't be abused because if you try to copy a build or something onto someone else's plot its not going to let your because you're building in someone eles's plot and it won't let you. (duh)
You can't dupe or glitch items because it wont work until you have all of the required items. And once you cancel the copy all of the items will transfer to your inventory and if your inventory is full then it will just fall on the ground in front of you.
I think this would be a perfect perk and probably better than /fly that we already have. And would make people want to donate for ultimate more. Its time Ultimate's got more exclusive Ultimate worthy perks to there title and I think this is the perfect one!
