Introduction: Hello! I am Michael Persson or you know me as OrangeNinja3. I love sports and meepcraft! I play soccer and basketball, I am decent at basketball but I think I’m pretty good at soccer. I play a lot during the Fall so that keeps me off meep because I have practice everyday. I have loved playing meepcraft ever since I started watching my step-brother play it in 2012, It took me about a year to get my own account and I loved it so much more when I did. I have a lot of In real life friends that play meepcraft such as _Vidous, Highlanders, Monroe_, and Nman830 (my step-brother). Ever since I started playing I was fascinated by the staff and what they do. For the first month I thought the staff got payed but after that my brother told me they didn’t he made fun of me for it. As I was saying I loved how the Helpers put others before themselves and how if they were doing something like Pvping, Building, etc and someone asked them for help the staff member would drop everything and do it! After that it was my dream to become a staff member so I worked for it hard, but then I just stopped playing because of an IRL situation. Right when my step-brother told me he was quitting on May 31 and gave me his account, I knew I would come back and work hard helping others and try to achieve my goal. I have always loved how meepcraft would have such a loving and caring community and how everyone would care for each other. I hope to stay playing meepcraft for a long time coming! So anyways getting back to my life, I'm heading into the High school next year and I am very excited. I love in the high school how you get so many choices at what career you could be and how their are so many opportunities for me. I was thinking that I wanted to get into the career of sports management. I have always loved how meepcraft would have such a loving and caring community and how everyone would care for each other. I hope to stay playing meepcraft for a long time coming!

Why should you be Helper? So heres the big part, the Why section. One of the only reasons is I want the staff team to have all of my knowledge about helping and moderating for a server. I try to shout the most I can to help people and try my hardest to help them to the fullest.

Experience:I have been staff on a ton of servers and would be on a there every time i jumped on minecraft and helped the people there. I have owned a server and know what it takes, I have recruited for my server to get the best and most helpful staff but that server fell because of one of my most trusted staff abused his powers. I love how helper’s devote a lot of there time to help the community so I was hoping I could do that too.

Worth ethic: Another reason I wanted staff was to get the citizens and ranked members help so they would be satisfied and continue to play the server and get the server count up. Some people like to play the server when there is a very big community and one of the only ways to do that is to help them so they don’t just get stolen from or get swore at or anything without a punishment for that other person. I believe meep has a lot of great staff members that put people in front of themselves and I am confident that I am one of them.

Activity: I am very active I get on right when I wake up and stay on all day until late at night. If I can’t get on the computer I get on my phone and open teamspeak and then go on minechat and try to help people out in spawn. I try to talk to people as much as I can on teamspeak but sometimes people go right to the staff for help because they think the staff knows more. I am always on forums I open up forums before I get on minecraft. I might not have that many posts but I definitely see everything and post when it is relevant. When their is a staff application I try to give them the best advice to get better at whatever it is and give them my honest opinion.

Dedication: I see that meepcraft has a ton of very dedicated staff and I could be one of them. I have played so many hours and given so much of my time to meepcraft. I have a very good ban history and I am mostly mature and well behaved most of the time but sometimes I just need to have fun and try to get everyone else's mood up.

What are your weaknesses? Account- My account was given to me by my step brother Nman830 and on the account it has a terrible ban history and it was not me, some people might think I am a big rule breaker. But I definitely have full control of the account.

Maturity- Sometimes I am immature and just joke around with people but when it’s a time to be serious i definitely get the job done.

Age- Some people might think that I am too young to have a job that needs a lot of dedication and maturity, but I have spent countless hours on meepcraft and plan to spend a ton more and as for maturity. Yes I am immature at times but when it comes to doing my job I am very serious.

Hey Orange!

I'm gonna give you a -1 for the following reasons.

You seem immature to me, I do see you helping in chat though. Your application was of good length but maybe next time your writing an application, put your own twist on the 'why' section. I kinda get bored out reading the same old 'Work ethic' 'experience' and 'dedication'. Putting your own twist will show you put your time into it and show creativity.

So my suggestions is to just work on maturity and get more active around the aspects of the server, then you've got my vote.

I really don't care about what the other people on this app have to say. I see you a lot on this server. You helped me a few times, and you are really nice (atleast to me). Although your app was well writen by a 12 year old, I still think you need to work on your maturity.
