    Bottom right. Georgia is a state! We're known as "the peach state" Its very hot & dry where I live. A lot of people grow pecans, cotton, and peanuts too!

    Relating to the earlier comments about Georgia, why in the name of god is Georgia known as the peach state. We aren't even the biggest producer of peaches in the US anymore. It's kind of weird. I know it is historically linked but still. I hate telling people up north that I live in Georgia, they are always like "o ya that hot state with the peaches"
