Introduction: Hello there, my name is Øyvind I am a 18 year old male that lives in Bergen. You might know me as paincakexx1997 but if you don't here is some information about me. I am that kind of person that thinks that nothing can be perfect, I mean that everything can always be improved in some way, shape or form. I am also a big believer in respect and the fact that you as a person make your own choices and have to live with them. Respect has always been a big part of my life, but I think respect needs to be earned and not just expected. I also think about myself to be that kind of person that really thinks true what I do before I do it, even doe it might not look like it when the action is taken.

I hope you feel like you have gotten to know me a little better.

Why should you be Helper? Experience

The staff that has been here as long as me know that I have a long history within staff. They also know that I have a lot of experience. I have never been that staff that jumps to a ban immediately, I think the reason for this is that I always have had to deal with toxic players on the factions part of meepnetworks. The reason I didn't ban immediately is because if I were to ban instantly we would have lost 80% of the player base over there. So I was always up for finding other solutions to the issues, but if a ban was needed I would ban.

Work Ethic

I have always been that person that puts 100% in to what I do. I never like to leave a job unfinished, and I always try to make the player feel like they can come back for more help at anytime. When I work I always work in a objective fashion, the reason for this is that if I look at a subject objectively I will not feel any anger or regret when I am doing a job. It also makes it so that if someone disrespects me it will not make my view on a case or the person be effected.

Dedication

When I was staff I looked at it as a hobby, it took up 80% of my spear time and I was always 100% dedicated. I want to come in with the same dedication that I did back then so that I can get true as much work as possible.

What are your weaknesses? Spelling: Because English is my 2 language I can have some issues spelling some words and setting up sentences correctly. But I always try my hardest and I hope to get better when it comes to spelling.

Immature: when it comes to teamspeak I can be immature but that has never been a issue when it comes to staff work. I have always put staff work in front of being immature on teamspeak.
