There are multiple reasons for downvoting you, and I will be explaining them here.
Your track record is surprisingly negative. You have a reputation for trolling similar to SpiderAttitude, a longtime player known for trolling who shares many similarities to you, who I'd downvote for the same reasons.

This is a post from today. When you have your staff application up, and even a few weeks preceding it, this is not something I would be saying.
This post is from right before your break. Simply the fact that you applied after a period of inactivity like that isn't right, you should have immersed yourself a little bit more, and this post was rude.
Looking back at your post history, you haven't been the nicest person to people. I feel that you don't get along well with most people and you won't be a good staff member until you start to improve on your attitude.
Sorry if im not supposed to post this, but your should be the LAST person talking about how someone negatively influenced the server. The first time you were staff you got banned for doing something illegal(Feel free to say what it is if you want) and then you came back a month later and got staff. Not to mention you're probably one of the rudest people on teamspeak, you curse all the time and ive seen you call randoms disgusting things. I dont know how everyone else experiences you, but this is how I see you.
iitz, I knew this would happen. Honestly, you have trolled too much and been way too rude for me to give you a +1 yet. If you apply again in a few months you have my vote, but due to your attitude not too long before this I can't give you my support.

Introduction: Hello, I am Julian (iiTzJDL) and I am a teenager living in Arizona. I go into high school after summer ends. Not really a social type person, but I do manage to make friends. Right now I am attending summer school for 1 more week. (I only signed up so the summer boredom wouldn't hit me). That's pretty much about me.
Why should you be Helper? It's been about 11 months since my last helper app and I think that is more than enough time to prepare. 11 months gave me time to fix my mistakes and get my act together. Now to start off the reasoning. I have been a part of this server for a very long time, so I know everything quite well. Along with that, I'm very dedicated to the server. I decide to take time out of my day and not do irl things and play this. I'm actually happy with that decision I make. Now to other things. I do my best to keep up with the rules and follow them at all times. Since I've been familiarizing myself with the new rules, it's quite easy for me to learn them. Now another reason. I do enjoy helping out the players of the community. You probably see this in every helper application, but it is true. I just want to be there to make sure a person knows everything they need to know to be successful and not get banned. That's what I really enjoy while I'm on the server. Since I'm active a lot right now it's easy for me to help out a lot as well. One more reason. I also want to be there so I can get rid of any rule breakers that are messing up the server. It's annoying to see people in global going "omg this guy is advertising ban him!!!". I really want to do something about it, but I can't because I'm Supreme. Other staff also get there before I can report. I just want to get rid of the rule breaker as fast as I can so they're not damaging the server. That is pretty much why I want to be a Helper.
What are your weaknesses? Inactivity- This could happen because it's summer right now and it will end eventually. Not only that, I'm entering high school when it's over so it's really going to put stress on me.
Immaturity- This can get the best of me sometimes. I try not to let it happen but it just slips out. I will definitely work on this as I progress.
