Need a Mayor Contest.

Freyview in Towns Alpha needs a brand new, active, caring and friendly mayor! We're currently looking for someone who will be an Active Mayor for the Town. Since I've come back and becoming active again I'm looking for someone to take control of the town while I help to expand it. Benefits include but not limited to,​

• Access to one of the Servers best builders.
• An already famous, and beautiful town.
• Un-limitless building supplies.
• A small but friendly town community.
• Living quarters inside the Freyview Palace.

We're just looking for a new owner to run everything. All of the current Co-Mayors will remain that way, and you won't be able to take out any of the money in the bank unless you've put it their yourself. A lot more will be explained upon becoming the mayor as that is how my Brain works sorry.

2. Have you owned a town before? (If so list them and for how long) owned Arkham (alpha and beta), assistant in Gotham beta, owned Paradise.
3. Do you have a track record with this Server? (such as bans, temp-bans, kicks etc.) 1 ban for town theft soon after I joined.
4. How Active are you? (hours per day) 2-4 hours weekdays. 6 hours weekends
5. Why do you think you deserve to become Mayor of this town? I love meepcraft so much! I have always wanted to own a town like this; however, I have never had enough money. I have staff experience and I always help people. This town looks like just the kind of thing I want. I want to help people in a beautiful town. This is what I really want to do in Meepcraft. My experience will definitely be beneficial to this great town. I hope you choose me to take care of this town because I have the determination, activity, and desire to do well as mayor. 3. Do you have a track record with this Server? (such as bans, temp-bans, kicks etc.) Have 7 bans on my history but only one's legit. Can further explain if you want.
4. How Active are you? (hours per day) At least 3.
5. Why do you think you deserve to become Mayor of this town? I can work for the town and make sure it's taken care of properly.

Note: I'm having issues with an alt so I may not be able to take it if I get it immediately.

Such a shame to see a beautiful town like this go into the hands of who knows. I remember the good ol' first days of freyview and that, was sad when squid went rather inactive.
I'm just wondering though; once a person has become the mayor they own the town, how are you going to keep them to their promises?

1. How long have you been playing on MeepCraft?: 1 year and 1 month
2. Have you owned a town before? (If so list them and for how long) I've owned 4 towns in total, two a few years ago on a server called savagerealms, DragonFire and DragonIron. I owned this two towns each for around 4 months each. The next was DragonFire here on Meepcraft, but around that time I quit (vshop was gone and I was running out of money) Lastly, I owned Lakefront, which I owned for 2 months until my co-mayor ruined the town(he let his little brother get on his account and he destroyed the town.) Faction wise, I've owned 3.
3. Do you have a track record with this Server? (such as bans, temp-bans, kicks etc.) I've been kicked twice, both for sexual innuendos which I still say I didn't do.
4. How Active are you? (hours per day) 4 hours a day, 6 hours of the weekends(Times vary because I'm getting ready for college)
5. Why do you think you deserve to become Mayor of this town? I don't deserve to be the mayor of this town, nor do I believe that anyone else does deserves to be mayor of this town as well. It's one of the best towns I've seen (architecture wise). I do however think I can bring the town to the next step. Knowing how to make meebles quickly and efficiently (I'm a citizen and I have 600K), I know I can keep the town afloat through my funds alone. I can communicate with all age groups, be they 9 all the way to 17. All the towns that I've become a measly town assistant in have turned out successful (Argonia in beta is one example of this.) Plus, me being 17, I base most of my decisions on logic rather than emotions, a requirement for anyone who wants to run a town.

 

Please reply to my question, can my alt hold the town? I will still hold it, I won't do crap on it. I will take care of it. If it's not allowed then okay.

 

You want your Alt to hold the town? Do you currently own a town In Alpha? I'd have to get back to you on that, but most likely you'll only be able to hold it on your alt if you active.

 

I can let my alt hold the town but still work on it. Yes, I do have a town in alpha, but it's not residential. I barely do anything on it. I can also play on my alt and my main every 4-17 hours.

 

Pointing out that if someone is going to be putting their alt on the town rather than their regular account, the town won't be on of their top priorities. Their town will outrank yours in most cases.

 

That's what I was thinking. I'll still keep it in mind though.

 

I would want it if I actually played, but my job got me around its finger.
