Torch Command

I thought of and idea to be added to some ranks. This idea is a command you should create for high level ranks. I think you should add a command that lets the player light up like a torch, so the donater should not have to place down torches. He should just walk around and everything near him is lighted up.

This can be very useful! You can light up like a glowstone block or lava, and you can see wherever you're going.
It's kind of like a flashlight, right?

This would be great if not for the incredible lag. Creating a light source where ever you go would be bad.
Maybe either actually give you a torch or night vision instead.

I recommended this a while ago and I thought maybe it could be called something like /lightwalk.

Erm, I posted this idea in chat so if this gets accepted I claim 50% of the thanks.

 

problem: this idea is already in use in some mods. but it gives Massive lag. so im a 0 atm.

 

This was accepted by Fuzzlr and staff over a year ago. The fact it hasn't been done yet speaks for itself. They gave up on the idea.

Im sure people have also said this makes catching xray uses more difficult.
I dont go out of my way to catch xray uses so dont quote me on that.

 

elite doesn't need more perks.
Supreme does.
exl needs more, but smaller, perks.

 

Night Vision + 1
I did something similar on my realms server with a command block and a button at spawn.
Night Vision for 15 min.

If torch increases lag -1

 

How about the get /I torch

I like this idea and i think it should be combined into a /light command to award certain donor ranks night vision

 

Just say, put /torch command in vip rank. For vip perks

This is the best suggestion that I've seen in a while.
Eliminating the need for torches would be a very good incentive.
