As far as I have seen you could be a great addition to the staff.

Go silence some scrubs!

 

Just because he donates money doesn't make him suitable for staff

If hes donated that much money into this server definitely a rich kid or has a high paying job

I don't vote on this matter because I don't know ScrubSilencer personally or very well at all. I've just worked beside him once and it seems he is a very determined and he likes to get a job done

You're nice, helpful, experienced, and have the time to be a good staff member. However you are sometimes immature and curse. It also seems like you get into a lot of flame wars with other players, but hey...you can fix that.

 

The only think Id like to comment on is about the donations, I cant believe you would even think i'm trying to "buy helper," that is redudent, I have been donating for years.

I didnt say anything about you trying to buy helper and neither was anyone else we were disagreeing with someone that said you should just get staff because you donated and we all just disagreed nothing more scrub sorry that you think we meant different just thought to sort the misunderstanding out before it gets heated or something

You can be a little immature but at times when seriousness is need you are good to go. I see you a lot online and you are a bit "rebellious" to put it simply but that could be a major upside on staff instead of the immaturity and blind following that has been seen in some staff. You put people in their place and don't take anything from anyone unless it's positive. So +1 from me!

Okay, so some of my concerns were eased after I talked to you, and that's good. But for now I'm still going to have to say -1.

You know a lot about the server, you obviously care about it (which is the only way your donations are relevant to this thread, lol), and you're quite active. I've seen you be kind and generous, you can explain things well, and you were very reasonable in our conversation when I was staff about your prior screenname. But if memory serves me right, you do have at least one recent ban for language or inappropriate content (I forget which), and a history of more. I've also been online for some very "borderline" comments recently, where as someone else noted, you seem to be pushing the line on purpose. As staff you would need to be more careful about the way you present yourself and the way you act toward other players. Your treatment of adlovesdogs is also concerning to me - there are other, better ways of handling things when you don't believe a staff member is doing their job well.

I'm not sure if future staff apps will be public or not (Edit: apparently they are, yay!), but if they are and you apply again, my vote could change if these things are improved. Whether your application is accepted or denied, I hope the comments in this thread will help you going forward!

Some good positives that no staff should be without, however I think the bickering about Meepcraft should be done in a professional way in a setting like forums.

I see TS as a nice addition for staff however in this case I would agree with monkey and make and exception. As for helping, I once asked Scrub for a tip to make money and he responded quickly with an idea that has since been proven very helpful, whereas most other players would have saved the idea for themselves so it would not be nerfed or overused. As for the cursing in chat I have not seen it happening but perhaps it's just me.

 

I was told TS was a requirement as well.

A little inside info about le scrub.
Scrub is a strictly business orientated person with the passion of helping others.
Scrub gets the job done in a correct and orderly fashion on time.
He enjoys making any work fun and enjoyable.
He works for the people as well as with the people,
He is extremely mature, and kind in nature.
And his best interest is clearly that of the servers!
umm..... $4600 dunnno bout U! but that kinda speaks out in more then just words!
