Bob,

I'm at a -1 here. Don't get me wrong, you're a great friend and a great person, but your staff work quality varies. You may be somewhat suitable for Helper, but not Mod.

Last time you were promoted, you went a little power-happy. I saw a few unnecessary kicks and bans, and I haven't seen any improvement on this.

You talk very little in /shout, unlike you used to. I feel like you totally hid your old personality, at least in-game, once you got this job, which makes me think you want the position to do more than help.

High /modreq count shouldn't determine how good a staff member is. I could do 500 modreqs in a week, yet be a terrible staff member. /check, /claim, /msg, /done. /check, /claim, /msg, /done. It's almost like mini-modding, many people do it solely to make themselves look good.

I'd like to see you keeping in touch with the community more and moderating your own moderation. Then you'll have my vote.
