    While reviewing your application, we went over a few things that we would like to share with you. First off, the weaknesses part of your application could have sued a little more effort because everyone has more than one weakness that they can improve on. We were thrilled about your timezone because it would be great to see more staff on at that time. We would like to see Moderators and Helpers that are often on in that time frame to be on TS in order for them to give their input and ask questions if they have any.
