Thank you for the feedback everyone. I honestly wish that 8 months ago I had resigned much sooner before I got myself into trouble, I wasn't myself at the time and there was a reason people disliked me and thought I had rage and maturity issues. The mature nice me that you have seen in the past 3 weeks is the norm and that period last fall that you saw was stressed out les. To be completely honest, while I do think there was some mistreatment and unreasonable expectations from other staff, I should have been demoted for the amount of back talk I gave staff. It's unfortunate that that was the me that got the most exposure to the community as helper so now that my issues has resolved themselves I am still known as immature and ragey

To answer your question, yes you would have to stop staff/dev work on other servers to become staff. As for my opinion, here it is.

I am glad that you admitted your staff work was sub-par. I trust your word that you will strive to be a better staff this time around, so I would like you to have another chance at this position. Good luck.

 

Would I at least be able to keep the server running for current members it I'm not generating new players?

 

I'm not sure, you'd have to run that by the admins.

 

Done. I have set everything the way it needs to be, resigned from my one dev position on the other server and handed off all duties on my own server so it will remain up for it's current members which I did previously when I was helper and have been told is fine.
