    I was banned for my account not being compatible on my laptop. Now since I have a new one, it works.

    So you're changing your story now? You claimed that account was hacked so you needed a new one and so we banned that account. You lied to the staff and had the pex moved. That is not okay.

    It was banned for "account security reasons". You agreed to have it banned as part of the agreement when moving over your pex. I don't feel it is fair to allow you to transfer everything and then expect your old account to be unbanned. I will deny this appeal as part of the agreement was to keep the old account banned.
