1.8 Issues

Good Morning,
I don't know if there is a new place to post issues we find with the new update so I will post mine here, if there is a place please let me know where.

From spawn I could not do /home (any set home)
I warped to creative to check the new resource blocks and the default texture is not loading with them.

Keep in mind that I don't think that the update is done yet.
/chest isn't working for some people, and some people are crashing a LOT, and I think SB is either down or very bugged.

 

A lot of plugins crashed on meep. And since meep isn't exely 1.8 it's just compatable with 1.8 there ofcourse are some issues. But those issues will probably be fixed when meep fulled updates

Onis is updating all of the plugins to 1.8 right now. If you get lag, its probably the update. Tons of new stuff though! I am dealing with the lag, but not getting that much on Singleplayer AND Multiplayer, so it's not just Meepcraft alone getting it.

 

no using 1.7.4 didnt help with the heads

 

I think that would be because Half the plugins on Meep are 1.8, you're on 1.7.4, and the server's just getting mixed up

 

As far as fps, I get like 90 now, which is flippin amazing. However, my singleplayer computer heads are all steves nomatter what version. So overall, I quite like 1.8.

Are you still having issues with homes and /chest?

 

Only certain chunks have the skelly head bug.
Just saying.

 

My head museum is fine, I just left them and didn't move them (thanks to some advice). My Deinen head stays!

 

MeepCraft has not yet been fully updated to support Minecraft v1.8.0

 

The issue with skins is known.
I will look into the other issues and report them.
