I suggest to give back all the meebles you took from your residents if they still want it back, what you did was clearly illegal. You have to give atleast a 7day warning before changing the tax, if there's one.

i offered to do that but I'm banned forever :( :( :( and i said sorry and offered to make the town tax free and pay with my own meebles but I'm banned for life :( :(
