Hello! IN order to become staff, you should increase your forums and ingame activity, and help out players both in shout and with issues when staff aren't on. You might want to get a little bit more well known in the community first; whether that be in game or in forums (it's generally a good idea to have the Well-Known tag on forums before applying).
