add blacklist feature to turrets

just add a blacklist option instead of whitelisting, so malls, or shops can use it to kill banned players - otherwise its a whole hassle whitelisting everyone

Just don’t put them at your shop. Most people don’t ban others from their shops anyways

Having both commands (blacklist and whitelist) at the same time will just be confusing for other players. Whitelisting players isn't that much of a hassle either.
