Hey there everybody, I know it's been a while since you've seen me around in-game or on forums, so sorry to make a return with some bad (or, to some of you, good) news.

At this current point in my weird stressful pre-adult stage of life I've started to have some shifts in interests. Minecraft had long lost it's captivating magnificence, but my relationship with the game has pretty much come to an end (as most of my relationships do). It just doesn't draw me in or entertain me frankly at all anymore. I've been spending almost all of my free time writing and promoting my music. I hope to make some kind of career/major hobby out of it in the future, and devoting my time to it is yielding good results for me. .

And this also applies to Meep. With the server in it's current stage I don't find myself itching to get on. The slumber the server sits in at the moment renders it quite lonely. The declining popularity of Minecraft over the years is certainly a factor in Meep's coma, but there are other problems as well. I believe that no one on the staff team has ill intentions, and I dislike critiquing these people, but there are some issues with the management of the server that I feel are aware to the entire team that haven't been resolved with the same energy that goes into most of the projects. There really isn't any hope for change unless those with the power set it into motion. Hopefully these problems can be worked on in the near future to improve Meep going forward.

However, this isn't a "locking the door and throwing away the keys" resignation. The community is one of the things I enjoy the most about the server, and I'll make sure to keep in touch as much as I can. I can't make any promises, but I may return sometime in the future if things change.

I have greatly enjoyed my time on the staff team. All of the people I've worked with on the team were always working to improve Meep and to create a fun experience for everyone, and they certainly succeeded with me. Thanks to all the team members that made me feel welcome and encouraged while I was on the team. You know who you are
