I came back about 1 week ago, and i have taken a look at different aspects of the server. Something i noticed was the new shop add-on that makes it so that you can sell Cactus,Wheat etc to the shop. This will turn in to a major issue, infinite spawning of money in to the economy at this rate will make it so that the currency will not be worth anything in the end. And i am not saying that spawning in money to the Economy is something that we need to stop completely, i am just saying that we need to make it so that the inflation is low enough so that we get a normal inflation rate on the server. What is a normal inflation rate you might ask and i don't know the answer to that. But at this rate i think the economy will suffer.

This is just my opinion, please leave a comment and tell me if you think i am wrong or right.

Just want to see if people even care about the server and the future of it anymore.

    Have a nice day ;)

Klutch is the final decision maker, he expects the other admins/supermods to do all the work.

If people can't make any money nobody will play this game. We don't have to have a good economy by actual economic standards, we have to have a fun economy.

Personally I have fun just collecting money and turning money into more money. Having little to spend it on doesn’t really bother me.

literally nothing. Unless purely "making money" is fun, you better enjoy helping new residents, cracking jokes in global, or one of our badly-maintained minigames because the fact is, grinding money on meep sucks. Making money via actual work has been made as painful and difficult as possible, while voting was blown off the charts. This made the economy's split (between those who had villiagers and those who didn't) dissapear. Now if you just vote, you gain nearly as much as anyone else. After the banwave, the largest rare item collectors are gone too (e.g. Viper/Dark/me/Robot) and so even the collectibles market is stagnant at best.

    A few solutions might be;

    nerf voting

    buff parkour rewards,

promote exploration by wildly buffing the supply crate in wild

spawn in a few rare items every once in a while like xT3Kx

Remove /warp farming, killing the need for large, lag-producing farms

Thankfully a lot of these changes are being worked on/planned for, just waiting on the reworking of a certain internal interface named with a 3 letter acronym.

You supplied the subject "Economy" I just said it, because it should of been clear.

I would also add daily traveling trader, who has different stocks for every day of the week. So if you want something he/she trades, and not sure you're going to need more. You get people to over buy stuff. Also they are really crappy at promoting anything that has to do with the nether, end, and wild. They'd rather you just afk in your town.

word on the street is it's finished, but Lord is just too lazy/busy to implement it

    Christ, y'all two chill out

ah good point. tbh Quartz prices are massive, and with little cost to mine it, anyone not mining quartz is missing out (it is kinda fun to search nether for too). I don't think end really needs rewarding, I think making wild more active is really the best route. If wild had more players, we might see some occasional PvP action over supply crates. (stimulating the pvp gear market hopefully) and further draining the wild of resources, forcing players to buy from each other.

I understand this and translated your sentence to mean "what is fun about the economy". This question doesn't make any sense.

I get tired of bridging around the nether.

I believe everyone should have around 15 shulker boxes. Also enderpearls are on an all time low. You can't get endermen to aggro from too far away.

You lack the fundamentals of common social skills.

You claimed that the economy has to be fun. What do you find fun in an economy? You need to support your claims.

Do you think the economy of meepcraft shouldn't be fun? I barely play so I've got no idea what would be fun in game for players. My point was that judging meep's economy based on meatworld economics is pointless because meep's economy has different goals (namely the goal of being g fun) as opposed to having people not starve to death, having your currency retain value, etc.

People like to just play the game, but a lot of stuff is limiting. Sometimes it doesn't even feel like I am playing minecraft and it very anti-fun. I wanna go get some Shulker Boxes or an Elytra, but there a world boarder in the end. It resets once every few millenniums.
