Legend Perks

I think that legends should have at least one extra perk. When Legend was available it cost $320 and Ultimate currently costs $200. That is a $120 difference in price, therefore I think there should be some extra perks for Legends. Some perks that could be a possibility are:
- /Feed
- Haste while flying
- /Craft <Item>
- Shorter cooldown on /Chest
- Shorter cooldown on /Smelt
- Extra row in /Chest
- Special Legend shop at /Warp shop
- No /Shout tax
- More /Homes
- Extra creative plot
- No anti-caps
- Extra particles
- Colored chat
- Lower enchant costs
- //Calc
- /Fly in nether
- /Anvil
- /Enchant it doesn't put on what enchant you want, it opens an enchant table
- /ad

I agree for at least one or a few of these.

 

-1 because it impossible for anyone to get legend at this point. So unless there is a way for some of us to pay the difference of the new ult and get to legend; this would be completely unfair.

 

well there are particles that only admins can use.

Anyhow, however slim a chance it may be, getting admin is more possible than getting legend atm

I realize that there is no way to get Legend but we did pay $120 more. I think we deserve a little extra.

Someone recommended this one to me, I personally don't see it happening but it is doing &1, &2, &3, etc. in chat and the colors would work. I know it probably won't happen but it is just a suggestion I got from another player.

If such a thing gets considered it will need to be completely cosmetic or convenience based, nothing giving any further advantage to the rank owners like extra particles or less/no cooldown for /chest

Maybe /dis <self> so that your skin is visible while wearing armor

 

It could actually give an advantage perk because they could put these perks into the perk crate which would make it possible for all players to get the perks, therefore, Legends get something useful and other players can still get the perks.

 

I get what you are saying but giving a someone /fly on the very odd occasion for a day hardly levels the playing field

I'm just thinking steer clear of things like:

Technically Legends do not deserve anything, yes Legends paid a lot more compared to what current Ultimates do but the whole idea of buying a rank is to support the server that is free to play to which costs money to maintain. Yes you receive perks as an incentive and you have not had any perks removed that were initialy there except for EULA breaking perks which affected all. As it stand Legends still receive everything an Ultimate does except have a neat name, I've mentioned to others that I'm thinking of a suggestion for the Legend rank specifically to receive that everyone can still obtain but I am growing tired of these demands and entitlements over others.

I do not mean for it to come across as rude but that's how I see it.

 

I think supreme and ultimates should have more perks regardless, but legends don’t need extra perks.

I like a lot of the ideas in the thread, but I think some of them should be given to supremes, too.

Yes. I agree with you about this but we have to accept the fact that most (if not all) purchased the ranks because they wanted the advantages (and awesomeness) that these perks offer. Come on, people probably donated for Ultimate back then because /fly and that was it. You know that everyone back then worked their asses hard because they wanted /fly. Even if you agree with me or not, Legends deserve more because they paid more. Consider it this way; If Meepcraft decides to sell both Ultimate and Legend packs at their prices ($200 and 320$), people will buy Ultimate instead of Legend knowing that they both offer the same thing. Same thing will happen if it's the case with VIP and Legend ($10 and $320). People will go for VIP if they offer the exact same perks. So I really support the idea of Legends having an a bit of extra perks.
