(Possibly) Looking for a staff position in a town

How often am I online? The weekdays I am on usually about 1-4 hours a day, and weekends about 1-6 hours a day. I've been very busy lately, but I will try to be online as much as I can!!

Why should you hire me? I have experience from being a co-mayor in one town, a recruiter twice, and an assistant about 3-4 times. (I was never really demoted, it was either that I resigned or the town fell.)
As well as that I am very friendly and warming towards newcomers! I am an intermediate at directing and assisting new town members. I am not an expert at it but it seems to work... xP

Weaknesses & Strengths My strengths are that I am usually very understanding of things and I am skilled at following orders/tasks. I also work really well with other peers. My weaknesses being that I can sometimes be very impatient and/or irritable, but I always breathe to calm myself so I don't hurt someone else's feelings or cause trouble. Also, sometimes I can be a little bit unreliable because I may be busy with something else or i'm becoming afk constantly. I struggle to focus sometimes, so if that does happen, please try to be patient with me.

I would simply love to grow my town and I believe you would be a strong asset in this expansion. You seem great with new players and that is what my town needs. I would like to have my towns future as a vast and ever-growing empire with you as a strong part of this, I just want new players to have fun with their town. and you are a very helpful and fun player.

I would like you to either be assistant or co-mayor so the town can get you whatever you need to help the town grow.

 

Lolli, maybe you don't agree, but I'm telling you as an experienced player and friend that being staff in a large town or city is hell. You always want to help, if you aren't careful it can consume you. I would recommend a town with less than 100 residents for sure, or it can really take a toll on your real life. Peachstreet is beautiful but it destroyed me... just, be careful okay? good luck!

I'm not good/experienced with big towny projects, but maybe i'd like to experience that for the first time.
