Rank Vouchers

Rank Vouchers, if you do not know what I am talking about it, is Kinda Like the Note Disguise's you get from

the Vote Crate but you can buy these from the Shop on the Website and what this would do if you hate typing

in someone's name all the time to buy them a Rank. You can Buy a Voucher and give it to them or sell them in

Chests this would Help in the Long run for Rank sellers and for players who want quick Cash they could sell

these to a Rank seller for like 1-10k less then what it is worth. This would Help out the Economy a bit with new

Players just coming in.

These rank Vouchers would only be in the Cheaper ranks so 60$ ranks and Below.

Perks for Having Rank Vouchers

1. Being able to sell them in Chest without having to Advertise them all the time (Maybe even sell them in the Virtual Market at some point)

2. Players who have some spare cash in the real World could buy one and sell it

3. Less work to do

4. more money coming to the Server

5. Not always Having to worry about being scammed by someone selling ranks

Cons

1. Not that many players in the server without a rank nowadays

Less work to do?

Except the work that takes the devs to actually code this, in a system that has worked just fine for years

Its not gonna cause any more or less money to flow in, if people wanna sell ranks they can do it the normal way

When I said Less Work I was talking about the Players and not the Devs that would be in Cons and thanks for Bring that up. When I had 5 players who wanted Premium Ranks I could have put 5 Vouchers in the cart and bought it that way instead of writing their names in Indivusaly

 

In game items can be lost, stolen or worse, duplicated.

 

I dont know how one would go about duplicating an item with NBT and meta data along with a plugin attached to it
and I think mods can find dupers and the admins can only let a certain amount of vouchers into the eco. like real money
and unlike the meep shop that only lowers the value of items such as shulker boxes, saddles, totems of undying, wither skulls
the vouchers would have limited production and depending on the demand, low, medium, or high circulation.

 

This is Minecraft, and mods are not omniscient. Dupers get caught all the time, but that takes time to find it. It's a lot easier to not have the items in the first place, such as what was done with the perk keys.

Overall, I don't see a need for the idea. It would be more work for developers than it benefits the server, as it would also hurt the sales from the shop that funds the server.

 

Denied, this is not needed, and concerns with duping.
