Spleef additions

As mentioned in the title, a few additions could make Spleef a little better.
1. Add a leaderboard of wins (if possible, wins with the amount of matches)
Leader boards create competition between the players, and make them want to play more. It’s also nice to kee track of who’s winning the most, and challenge them etc.
2. Automatically give players shovels once they enter the pit.
3. Make it so that when you break snow, you get snowballs which you can throw to break other snow blocks. (Classic).
4. And lastly, I have no idea if this is possible, but remove the annoying « Hey! Sorry but you can’t break that here! » message. In a spleef game, you break a ton of snow blocks, and it just spams up chat.

 

You don’t need a shovel for spleef, you just have to click.

These are fine suggestions, but could probably wait a while.

 

Minigames are certainly not a priority.

 

I like this idea. I used to play spleef all the time, but now no one else plays so I have no one to play with me.

Minigames are just there to distract people like me for a short while, and are not beneficial. Thus, add-ons aren’t either. They just make the minigame experience more pleasent.
This is not something of extreme importance, I don’t see why we add ons for minigames should be beneficial.

 

Why do something if its not going to have any benefit whatsoever?

 

A minigame itself doesn’t have anything beneficial. It’s cool for the first few days, then dies. Doesn’t bring anything special. Doesn’t even attract players. Add ons would just make it more interesting, just like in Halo. So I guess it is beneficial

 

I suggested adding TNT run back while I was in the team, and I got a resounding “no” by some high staff members, the reason being that.

 

This isnt an addon though, other than the snowball thing I suppose and people dont play it enough to warrant bothering to try and update

Funny thing you said that; that's where Spleef is now and I just replaced the tnt with a shovel lmao.

 

I liked spleef in the last spawn or something and it had different powerups you could get and there were always big games and there was a leaderboard so yeah that was cool

Denied, some of these suggestions would require spleef to be in its own world. The leaderboard is something that can be looked at. Thank you for the suggestion.
