i want a secondhand town too

i have certain requirements that must be met, if not, the town will not be bought regardless of price.

I wish for the town to be perfectly clean, without houses, and past residences that people have lived in.
It must be 10000000000000x100000000000000 blocks wide, outposts and other outside teleport do not count in this situation.
The town must be in ABSOLUTE PERFECT CONDITION, damages, bugs, and other ugliness must be repaired or replaced.
The town must be capable of withstanding 600 tons of TnT, and nukes.
A wall must be built around the town, to protect it.
Trebuchets must be built around all parts of the town.
Bob Ross must be the religion.

ok so first off a minecraft world is only about 60 million blocks wide so a 10 quadrillion meter square that is 1666666.66667 times larger than a minecraft world is unrealistic
