I'm going to make a residential town, but..

Should I make prebuilt homes? or should I just have plots and leave it up to players

 

Have two districts. One for prebuilds and then claim an outpost for free builds.

You know I've so long wanted to come back and build a legit town who prioritizes beauty instead of resident quantity houses. Might aswell ask if you'd like to work it out together as I think my town is still alive?

 

if we do something together it has to be a new town. I want to start fresh. I'd also be doing all building, so you'd basically just be funding it

 

The town wasn't even built, though, the town is already existing. Basically, it's like a house being planned on and was on hold due to some personal issues.
