Introduction: Hello, my name is Frank but you guys know me as VKL. I'm 18 years old and I live in New Jersey. I'm into any sort of technology. I'm also into basketball, baseball, football & playoff hockey. My favorite teams are the 49ers, Phillies & 76ers(gross ik).

Why should you be Helper? I believe I should be a Helper on Meepcraft because I like to think that I am qualified enough and could be a great asset to the staff team with my work ethic, knowledge & dedication.

I am a hard worker & I try my best to get the job done whether it is big or small & although there isn't a modreq count as high as it was a year or two ago I believe that I can get a high amount of modreqs completed when there are open ones.

My knowledge has grown a lot over the years & I'm fairly confident in my ability to answer questions about commands & anything that people may need help with. That could be a big plus if another staff member doesn't know something.

I've been dedicated to meep for 5 years & i won't turn my back on the staff team unlike some of the others in the past

What are your weaknesses? criticism obviously due to my last application but I have learned to not care what people say about my past because all i'm focused on is the future

maturity is also a weakness that I've had over the years but I think I have progressed greatly when it comes to being mature on meepcraft & i try my best to show it

You can argue that your banhistory is awful, but also knowing many of those werent legit bans and many of them were from some really stupid things, the banhistory becomes much less of an issue. You've rarely been toxic, and I wouldn't consider the comment here and there to be true toxicity so I mean... eh.

You're smart and you've helped with staff before in many different ways (lol) in both staff issues and otherwise, and you could really do some work if given the trust.
I've always been a +1 just don't be a smartass in global as often c':

let's see then, you post nothing constructive on the forums and have a history of like 80 bans, plus every single time you say you've changed or whatever you turn around and do something stupid again

you are worthy of zero trust from the staff and that's just a fact, plus on your last application you completely threw away whatever chance you had (hint: you would have been accepted had you not done that)

unless you've changed on a biblical scale over the past few months i still believe you're completely inept for a staff position, that's just backed up by your post history completely devoid of anything but jokes. plus you said you'd NEVER apply again after your application which just shows how you will turn on a dime whenever you want

however my opinion doesn't matter seeing as you're already accepted, just don't screw up the interview and staff are already happy to give you chance #82 because theyve given you so many

I honestly feel like you'd make a terrible staff with your short temper and your toxic behavior. When you say that you've changed, I don't believe it for a second. -1

~ Immature: If someone says anything that offends you or does something you don't like, instead of acting mature, you act like a 12 year old and fuel the fire. Staff members are there to try to deescalate conflicts, help the community, and make sure everyone is enjoying meepcraft, and how do you expect to do that, when you can't stop a conflict yourself. Plus it's only a matter of time before you become toxic again.

I'm glad I didn't post before Meg, because your response to her post just shows you still have that immaturity you had since the last time you applied. You're active, yes, but in Meep. No activity in discord, not much on forums. You believe you have matured, yet to me, I have not seen that since the day your previous app was denied. You're still same old same old vkl with the what, 70, 80 bans? With the most recent ban being a few months ago. People will support you, yes, yet that is because they will due to being friends with you. I know you're still immature, and with what Meg was referring to ,your player report on a certain person, you act the same way as him. You don't stand out from any other staff member that lives in your time zone, unless you count immaturity as one. App itself is short, and although not bad, not perfect either.
Take time to improve, then you'll be ready. But for now, you're not ready for staff.

 

How do you know he's the same old Vkl tho. I honestly understand why you dont trust him and personally thats how I viewed him previously too. Just that guy that got constantly banned. Keep in mind people can change tho. I think he did. Maybe you haven't seen him mature because you barely see him in general..?

 

This guy right here is a prophet, although not quite because this trend was expected even before you made that reply to vexmae.

You're not at all competent enough to become helper, and you don't quite have the maturity- even for an 18 year old- to become one. Not only that, but even if you did become helper it would be for moot since you would end up raging at somebody inconspicuous and quickly being demoted.

I have never seen anyone less qualified for helper than you and I don't see you ever getting it unless you change your approach entirely and working on your maturity.

especially with a history of literally five YEARS doing the same old stuff, getting banned telling people he changed and then breaking their trust over and over again

hes still extremely immature, angsty, and that isn't going to change judging by how long hes acted this way. it'll take a seismic shift in behaviour for this guy to get staff even with the staff bias that is very apparent on this thread
