Most of the illegal immigration is where a mexican gets a visa (so they come here legally) on planes, and then they never leave when there visa expires. So really, instead of a wall, lets get more agents and stuff, you can do a lot with 15 billion.

The issue with this is that it's arguable he broke no hard-printed rule, as the article itself refers to appearances of interfering, and breaking "unspoken rules". Even if you make an argument he knowingly broke a hard-printed and established policy you could absolutely make the case he did so with the best interests, given by his history as director of the FBI.

I absolutely think Comey probably make a few mistakes in this, even though taking reasonable caution, but I don't quite buy he intentionally set out to harm a campaign. He never publicly talked about reopening investigations, that was Chaffetz who immediately ran to the press to announce publicly, which makes me lean towards he genuinely, and perhaps wrongly, made a decision from a potentially difficult and sensitive hard position.

But even past that - Even if Comey was 100% guilty, why let him go months after the issue, hours after grand jury activity?

@MeepLord27 Mexico at one point was making maps on how to get here and not get caught. I don't think they are anymore but at one point they were. More people have been coming by foot (ya know, on their daily jog and then just jumping over). Anyway, illegal immigration is down 60% since Trump but what happens when he leaves?

    @Deinen so I have 2 things.
1.) I agree with you that Comey did not intent to hurt any campaign. For that I thank you for bringing it up.
2.) Trump fired Comey for 1 of 2 reasons.
1st: Russia, I think the Russian thing is insane and can't see how anyone is buying into it. We will see though.
2nd: Many people have requested taking Comey out. This doesn't just include regular citizens but White House officials, senators, etc. I believe Trump got rid of Comey because many people including Ben Shapiro who is a conservative but didn't fully support Trump. Mr. Shapiro requested him to be fired.

I don't think the Russian thing had anything to do with this.

Yeah, I think Trump is just wanting to take care of them while he can because he cant run for prez again and the next president probably won't take care of them.

I agree that he wants to take care of them, especially because no other President will (as far as being Democrat) no shame towards a Democrat but they typically try to avoid wars I guess. One thing tho, why can't he run again?

Correct me if I'm wrong but I did not know you couldn't run if you ran twice. I thought you just couldn't run after serving 2 years?

Ohhh I see where you are mixed up. So you can run as much as you want but you can't serve more then 2 years and run. So Obama served 2 terms, now he can't run but if he had served 1 term waited 10 years then ran again he could be president again. Make sense?

    You know whats great? Socialism.

Canada does have an artificial milk eco, they prop up there own dairy farmers in a strictly regimented system that uses "market shares". They control how much milk is produced, and how much its sold for.
Canadian dairy contains a lot of baloney.

Considering how we subsidize farmers, kinda like the pot calling the kettle black.

Right, my point is it is useless to criticize another country propping up it's agriculture, when we do the same things.

Meh, I feel like there on a different level. The canadian dairy market gives the farmers "market shares" and tell them exactly how much they can produce, how much they sell it for, and how many cows they can have. If you wanna produce more, you have to find another farmer who will sell some of there shares. The dairy "market" in canada is way closer to a state run business, where the farmers are just workers. I'm not big on the farm subsidies in the U.S., but there more of an encouragement for production.

Sure, they are both different systems but intended to do the same things. But this is why getting into trade wars is generally an unwise idea because when governments go full in trying to prop their own industries up and imposing reckless tariffs, it causes the economy to go wonky.
