what to do when yr sad

i read a book and try to focus on breathing or the words in the book. what do you guys do?

 

I look up something and I draw it
like sometimes some animal or something
or buildings
or peoples

or sometimes just use coloring books

srsly drawing and colors are fun

 

I listen to music. Music is my go-to for any situation, any emotion, any time.

i really want to start drawing or painting because i've been watching a lot of bob ross videos, ahah

 

bob ross is an easy start but rly if you wanna do that just look up yt vids or google stuff and start drawin the stuff, it's not hard to start :3

 

Listen to music or vent to my friends how sad I am.

 

I usually look up stuff like that^

 

I guess I just internalize it and try to rationalize why I'm sad, and if possible I try to set my mind on positive vibes. It's also a huge boost when you help out other people. Seeing a stranger smile from a small act of kindness can have a very warming effect.

Sometimes the best way to help yourself is to help someone else.

 

Stop being a wuss and just don't be sad/depressed/regretful

Personally I eat, listen to music and or go out with friends.

When I'm said I go one meep and just play and over a hour it disappears works miracles trust me!

I don't suddenly feel sad, it's more of a constant thing because I have nothing going for me in life, so I just do what i normally do.
