Donation Error

I paid $20 to get someone from Premium-Exclusive. The money was taken out of the card, but the person never got the rank. They should've gotten it, but they didn't.

 

Youre gonna need to post your transaction ID or they wont do anything

 

I went to pay through credit card. It was a $25 Amex gift card. I filled everything out, it took $20 off the card. Money doesn't just disappear like that. I never got an email, but after I hit "Pay $20" a check mark came up. I just want them to check to see if they got $20, because I don't have it anymore.

 

They can't access buycraft, so, they can't even check that

 

the only person with access to buycraft is @Fuzzlr and he is the only one who can help you. but as @Muunkee said, you need to post your transaction ID.

 

@xT3Kx checked buycraft and said your purchase was never there. Whether you didn't buy it, or your card has a problem. After your payment, they should show you the billing info and such...

I am sorry that this has happened to you but please don't charge back as it costs an extra $20 and a perm ban... It took you a long time to load the page up, so it might be your card or your connection...

If you could figure this out I will pay you the $200,000

 

I sometimes wonder where you get your information from. If he never got his rank, charging the card back would be the only logical course of actions. The server loses money if there's something coming to it in the first place.

 

"Please don't charge back" is not any type of information?

@Dockson I was the one that was going to buy the rank for someone and when it wasn't going through I asked @xT3Kx and he told me literally: "whether he didn't buy it or it's a card problem" I don't know how I can be more informed than that.

Charging back is a permanent ban and it'll be stupid if someone charges back even though it could be solved in some other ways than costing the server $20.

 

You still don't get the point.

If the guy paid with whatever method and buycraft never accepted/registered a payment/transaction, charging back would not cost the server anything. Of course, there's the chance that the payment is taking a while to get through, so sure, waiting for a bit would be advised, but don't go ahead and scare that guy with chargebacking and getting a permanent ban.

 

Give us all the information you can. Player's IGN, your IGN, estimate of time and date purchased, a screenshot showing you actually have an american express card with $5 on it (Check Balance - make sure to block out any sensitive info), when you got the card, and any other info you can think of that relates to this specific purchase and the card.

If there is absolutely nothing that can be done, I (and I am sure other generous people) will donate enough to re-purchase this rank through another seller. Hopefully that won't be necessary, and the staff will be able to resolve this issue for you.

OP gave me the 200,000 back

Like I stated. Chances are it's a cardholder issue. Rarely has BuyCraft not worked on donations. If BuyCraft was the issue this wouldn't be the only case of it not working which leads me to the assumption it was an error on the cardholder or the service in which they used. Either way if it clears through BuyCraft everything will be fine, otherwise nothing will happen.
