Ninja, I love you to death. I really do. You are the epitome of what staff should be under normal circumstances. I don't think these are normal circumstances though. Being staff on Jess' server makes for a conflict of interest, regardless of its imminent closure. I'm sure if you just play for a while on the server, everything will be fine. The timing is too close and you didn't put why you would want staff in your app which is curious.

you have the knowledge and attitude, so if you really want this, it could easily be yours in a month after you've regained the trust of the community.

 

the other server just closed, and now it seems like you are desperate for staff, because it closes on the 28th, and you came back like 3 days ago, knowing it would close. and you apply for staff. i haven't seen you online or at the least helping in global. i do remember you as staff, and you did a good job, but wait for 3 months then reapply from coming back from a competitor

Ninja <3 okay so I'm a hugeeeeee +1, (although you are a staff member on that other server which you wont be for long so ya know change that cause that's a problem) other then that yes! within the time that Meepcraft had a fart and got reset I played on tis other server and NinjaRoxy was a wonderful staff member! Although my time was short there, very very short, she has true dedication, is smart, and can be easily taught! Goodluck my friend

 

An extremely positive contributor to the community but in a very quite way, has already demonstrated a commitment to New Meep and is by nature a helpful person. Has the maturity, knowledge and is now showing the willingness to formally commit to helping the server more.

Im pretty disappointed in the comments I see from you all. As I read through this, Im seeing a few comments that are positive whether they are + or -, and then Im seeing some super negative, disrespectful comments.

When someone files an app, its essential you maintain a level of professionalism while having the privilege to comment on them. Some of the comments are very discouraging and just rude. The point is feedback, not to attack someone with the excuse "you should be able to take it".

The more of it I see, the more I wanna make apps private.

 

Yes Ninja was staff on my server, which I decided to close as of the 28th. As far as her dedication to meep, I can't believe any of you even question that. Even as staff on my server she still played on meep and still bought people ranks, that is dedication. She never quit meep.

Roxy, we've had quite the experience. You're a good person with good intentions, and you'd be good at the job. But just wait a bit and show pure dedication to Meep so nobody has any questions about it. You can easily get helper in a month like Epic said, but for right now many people here don't know you or not too well, so maybe try to familiarize yourself with everybody again. I know you can do this, I just don't think this very moment is the best timing.

 

She probably has an impeccable character; however, it would still defy all logic for a server who just literally had almost everything deleted from an insider to then turn around and accept a person from a server that was a competitor / parasite of this server. There has been incidents of people who were staff on that server playing dirty over here which adds to the issue at hand.

A waiting period of 1-3 months would not affect dedication in the slightest and would be the safest move for this server.

After saying all this, I want you to work really hard on becoming staff here, if you are not accepted this time, Wait a few months and try again, sometimes you need to earn the trust back. Talk more in shout and help players with questions or even ask a new player if they need help on building or a buddy to mine diamonds with. I know for a fact the new player would love to see a ranked player come to them and ask to hang out. It will bring that player back to the server everyday hoping that you come back online to hang out with them.

If you need someone to talk to and help you with this, I'm always around on forums or Klutch's Teamspeak, just ask for us to talk in a channel and we can talk things over and I will help you.

Jesus you people come on. Who cares if Ninja played on a ''competitive server'' anyways. That server never had more than 15 people on it at a time. It was more of a side project than anything. Ninja has donated Hundreds of dollars to this server in the sake or rank selling. She has made Hundreds of millions of meebles doing so. And guess where it all went, deleted, bye bye. And guess who is still playing on this server even though literally all she has done on it was for nothing. That's an extremely dedicated player who would be an extremely valuable person on anybody's staff team. She's loyal and committed. Jess's server wasn't even a competitor, It was the annoying kid who eats glue on the play ground trying to fit in with the cool kids.

+1 Meepcraft staff would kill to have someone like Ninja on their team regardless the fact of her playing on other servers.

 

I'm honestly not sure what to say, I'm not very active right now and we're in opposite timezones, so we haven't really talked a lot.

There are a few things I do want to say, however.

-Jess's server has caused problems for meep, and even though it's shutting down, I think being just a devoted player here would be nice for the time being

-I've heard rumors about your sister going on your account, and while I don't believe it's necessarily true, I think it should be clarified.

You seem like a great person from the few convos we did have, and I've sone of the work you've done.

Just to clarify, no I do not go on her minecraft account
I sometimes go on her teamspeak just to say hello to some friends but that is about it

You all need to chill so she was staff on a different server that just means shes more then capable of being staff on meep. There is no conflict of interest because that server is closed now so those of you that made that point it was invalid. She's sweet smart and knows what she's doing. She's helpful and has already shown that trait in order to get staff on jess' server, because you all know how nice jess is with the added fact that jess was staff on meep before her server. Take into fact that she is staff material and has the qualities of a staff member.
