Transgender Pokemon?

So...
I found out today that the Pokémon "Mr. Mime" can be female, but the females are still called "Mr. Mime."
Does this mean that they're transgender Pokémon?
Has Nintendo been implementing LGBT characters all this time and we just haven't noticed?

What about the Pokémon without genders (I honestly through mr mime was a Pokémon without a gender)

 

Since pokemons in the game do not have genitals (fanfic Pokemon genitals are NOT canon) they shouldn't exist and should have no sense of gender

Wait, you guys didn't know mr.mime can be female? I guess you guys didn't know that they created mr.mime before they decided to implement the gender system which is understandable.
