BlendyCat's Super Epic Mega Suggestion

Introduction: If you don't already know, Marijuana has become legalized in California thankfully due to Prop. 64 passing. It's literally a party here and everyone is rejoicing.

Proposal: I think it's time MeepCraft catches up with the state of California and makes drug references acceptable on this server. We also need a /blaze command that lets player smoke maple leaves (Kidding, somewhat).

How this would benefit the server: Almost everyone thinks blazing it is funny and cool. MeepCraft needs something like to make the server cool again. Plus this would reduce the number of silly bans over something as stupid as a simple drug reference. Who is gonna get offended over someone mentioning a drug? Come on, now! We are all grown up and semi-mature and we can handle this.

I'm not kidding! We are grown up and we can handle drug reference! Also as noted by some staff members, this server is not recommended for children.

 

Why would anyone need to make a drug reference? What the heck is blaze it sounds dumb and pointless.

What references would be legal, what would be illegal?

There is no need for drug references, there is literally nothing on meepcraft drug related so I don't understand where there would be a reason for children to type in shout 420 blaze I love cocaine unless it is an immature child. If you want to talk about drugs with friends from a night out or something talk to them on discord or in messages but be warry who is around. -1

 

Marijuana is legal now in several states and Ontario, but still, it is not considered family friendly. In canada the minimum age of use hasn't been decided but it will be around 21. Continuing with that, our player base is much younger than that on average, and we don't want to be responsible for getting them attracted to a drug if someone on meep they like says to do weed. Now I know the effects for adults are not (as) harmul as it is to kids.

Making drug refs plainly should not be allowed if it's referring to like a rap song or drug iver use, instead maybe allow the word marijuana and keep it so weed referring to marijuana isn't allowed as its a slang "gangsta" way of saying, and we don't want to harm young player's futures.
