Gamma Rollback

After gamma came back up recently, 11/23/16, I am experiencing a rollback at my sea temple. The water I cleared is all back (I was just finished clearing it the night before when it went down). Items from my /chest (34 sponges, god sword, god silk pick, and various blocks) all are gone from both my inventory and my /chest.. I'm really not sure why or how this happened but they were in my inventory when it crashed. Please Reply if you experienced similar rollback. Thanks! -Blue

 

Yes, after Gamma came back up, there was a rollback. It is world-wide and affects everything in that world. My apologies for losing your progress, but there's nothing that can be done to fix it.

 

Why can't Bobby be refunded?

 

Rollbacks are not refunded, at all

 

Staff does not have the evidence that this player lost that item(s) from the rollback, so it is difficult to refund.

 

this rollback killed my pet piglet. I despise you people.

This precisely- more specifically, if we refund one person we have to refund everyone, and people lie. Not saying that anything thats said here is lying, but sometimes it can be, so its a risk staff dont take since there is never proof.

 

Think of it like a redo. I find that when I have a critical restore of a single player world many of the things I have created, that I have to redo, I find that I build them better. Often than not I find I appreciate the chance to build it again.

Look on the bright side, you get to enjoy building it again.
