UnNerf Voting

Ok so for whatever reason, voting prices have been dropped to only 1k per vote
thats even worse then what it was before?
Why Should this be fixed
Very simply, you literally can not make money on the server anymore. With the fact you can sell nothing to the shop, and you can not vote anymore for enough money (it wasn't a lot of money before, and it's even less now)
Just add it back, please

 

I think that forcing us to make money off of each other is good but I have lost my incentive to vote a long time ago. 1k is so little. I think voting shouldn't give meebles at all but a more useful note, tool, item, or perk. That would make me vote. Meebles are bland, random rewards are exciting!

 

If your bad at mini games, your dead to the economy.

 

You're not supposed to make money. Quite frankly, I think that this is an elaborate plot to make people donate for meebles.
Jokes aside, its just one of a long list of boneheaded moves that came about when people started comparing meepcraft to a real economy without taking into account that we have safeguards against inflation, and the /baltop total means absolutely nothing if you want to see how well the gamma economy is doing

 

Its simple, I want to add more awesome rewards instead of meebles. you can vote 4 times per day, thats 1,460,000 per year from clicking a link, per person. Thats perfectly fine where it is.

Ill be adding more awesome rewards to it and buffing the odds to make up the difference. Hope you understand.

Please though, add better rewards, and if you get a reward, get to keep the 1k too

 

Maybe add things like Get better money from different jobs for the next 24 hours note, so that way people will play for longer or sell them to someone who will.

Honestly, I like having voting this way. You're not supposed to be able to live off of clicking links. With the stuff that's planned to replace Meeble rewards, I just don't think this is necessary.

 

Ok I would agree on that part except that voting was the last way to get good sums of money from the server if you're bad at parkour and minigames.

Minigames/parkour aren't the only ways to get money. I'm terrible at parkour, and rarely play minigames. You can make pretty good money off the ebook market right now, but of course that'll change soon enough.

 

Consider how quickly meep's market is slowing, deflation is on the way. Ebook will crash badly.

 

It depends on the demand ebooks have. People were not selling any of them to the shop. Prices may change on them, of course, but I doubt it'll crash as bad as some markets, such as mining. After all, it is all based on supply and demand. If the demand for them stays the same, then the price won't vary too greatly.

Of course, it is very, very difficult to run an economy in Minecraft because there is no limit on the number of items entering the economy. With this in mind, we can't compare to a real economy as much as we'd like.

 

This has been denied, it has recently been changed and will not be changed back within such a short amount of time.
I suggest making this thread if there is a decrease in voting in the future, give it a month and see how it goes.
