I'm still fairly new around here, but judging by the general attitude and the vibes you give off in-game (nice, friendly, helpful, etc), as well as your well-thought-out forum posts, my vote is a +1.

That was the single longest app I've ever seen in my life. That was no app, that was an all-out CV.
You're doing so much work for the community already, you're essentially doing what helpers do and then some. all you're missing is the tag that somehow means you are qualified to help. You think before speaking and/or acting, which leads me to believe that you will actually think before banning someone. You'd probably even consider aggravating and mitigating factors and let the jury confer before passing out a sentence. We are in dire need of people like you on the staff team.
