Breastfeeding in public

Well......

 

There shouldn't really be a problem with breastfeeding in public. Kids come first as a parent, and if your kid needs food, it's your job to provide. Many nursing mothers do carry a bib like outfit to cover themselves while breastfeeding which is actually quite a good idea, especially if one is uncomfortable nursing in public or does not want others to become uncomfortable. Additionally, as said by others, if you're bothered by someone nursing in public, look away.

 

These are okay but a woman breastfeeding in a corner of a public place is not

 

No. It's not ok. Who does she think she is. A hippie? Come on. That hair and those glasses went out in the 60s. It's no time for them to be waltzing back now.

I say that it doesn't matter honestly people are so bubble rapped now a days. I feel it is a very natural thing and I would rather see a kid happy then a kid upset and screaming. Same goes towards the mom I know how stressful it can be taking care of a child especially when your out and about sometimes it can be very stressful when all eyes are on you because your kids upset. I say go ahead breast feed your kid in public do whatever you need to do to ensure you kids happy.

 

No. Actually. If you want service from a business, accept the fact that:

Not really. That states that you cannot deny service to someone BECAUSE they are a member of a protected class. Nowadays, we've replaced that BECAUSE with an IF.

 

I think that since it is perfectly natural to breastfeed that it should be kept allowed and legal, and people shouldn't be embarrassed to do it in public

 

What? Why should mothers make noise while breastfeeding? Are they supposed to moan? What in God's name are you talking about?

A no-win situation.

 

Why not just have some common sense and cover the child and breast. Let the child feed, cover up after and move on with life.

Why mull over something so trivial and stupid?

 

Lol, this post still going on? Haha i am triggered as i look back at what people argued and said.

 

No this is not nasty, I am completely okay with it, and if someone has an issue they can gladly escort them selves away, If you have an issue with breast feeding in public then that just goes to show your maturity level has got to be pretty low.

 

My issue is not with breast-feeding. But rather how people go about it.

Just cover up while doing so. It's not that difficult and pleases everybody.
