Reason for sale:
I am looking for a new Owner-Mayor because I am leaving Meep for the time being and would rather not let the town that I have poured myself into for the last 4 months fall into disrepair. I am leaving for a couple primary reasons: 1) there seems to be a lack of clarity/transparency on the future of Meep and I'm tired of the server not being updated without at least any clear plan to revamp things, 2) I have been spending a ton of time on Meep and need to re-balance my life by taking more time for other personal pursuits. I wish all the best to those who still stick with Meep! I had a lot of fun building Pelagiad over the last few months and became good acquaintances with a few people. Perhaps I will return one day to see if Fuzzlr has decided to keep or kill Meep.

Town bank doesn't matter, you're not selling its money. You need to say what you're looking for, or you'll get cruddy offers

 

Yeah, good point. Removed the stuff about the town bank. That'll probably just be wired to someone else when I transfer ownership of the town.


Update: Above the value of the town, I am more interested in transferring the town into good hands. I already had a conversation with an Alpha town owner about just handing it over and am considering that possibility. If you think you'd be a good Mayor-Owner of this town, feel free to reach out to me. But if you also see that this town is a good investment with the revenue, I am still considering offers of sale as well.

If you are wondering about experience, I have been assistant in mooville (was demoted to inactivity) co in ironhill (before it sold) recruiter in hyrule (I got it to 100 residents for a dare) recruiter in braveheart (sad to say I was kinda inactive on my alternate acc.) Got assistant again in mooville, I currently own the alpha town wallstreet which basically runs itself and takes very little of my own time. For a brief period of time I participated in the practice of buying towns, raising taxes on the inactive residents, selling off the towns assets, then selling for a low price, But I don't list these as they weren't really me being a good mayor. I have been staff in numerous other towns, but Im only listing the ones I was in for 2+ months.

Yeah, based on Dwarfoo's history of experience above, I had the same concerns.

Dwarfoo, not_you_bro is the current town Recruiter and interested in advancing in the town to help out more. I would recommend that if you need help running it especially if you're going to be busy or inactive to groom him.
