FramePicture

I'm pretty sure some of you have heard of the plugin FramePicture (http://dev.bukkit.org/bukkit-plugins/framepicture/). It's a plugin where you can place a picture from online into an item frame. I personally think this should be a ranked perk (VIP+).

Pros:
-could be useful in shops/businesses
-will allow people to show a visual of anything

Cons:
-people will put up inappropriate pictures (maybe we can limit websites?)

Tell me what you guys think of this idea.

 

Seems cool! For the con we could probably make it ban able.

 

It's a pretty big con though. Imagine if someone put something REALY inappropriate in there? Sure, we'd ban him, but if it was a little kid that saw it, then it's already too late

 

that's the problem tho :/ maybe, like i said, we should limit websites?

The only way that we would be able to block out every inappropriate image on the internet would be to only allow pre-approved images (perhaps available on meepcraft.com) and to block every other website.

 

wouldn't work. if someone wanted to, they could post it on imgur or something. or copy it straight from google

This is denied because of the potential issues with harassment and inappropriate pictures; it's just not worth the resources to implement. Thanks for the idea.
