Eula Bypassed Kits

So...The main reason I spent $120 on this server was to get better kits in KitPvP. They took away the donor kits a while ago and now they are almost permanently off the server due to the EULA. I have a fair deal though. What about the addition of the donor kits back but people who don't donate have to find the kits around the map or unlock kits that are equal to, or greater than the donor kits. Sort of like kit explorer which is about as powerful as the old Supreme Donor Kit. What if we could have the Donor kits and the non donors could have maybe an unlock system? Or maybe spend meebles earned in kit in order to buy kits that are equal to donor kits or maybe just an unlock/buy system for all players? What if there was a kit, specific to your rank, thats only for your rank? Meaning, if you were a supreme, the only exclusive kit that supremes would get was that kit only for supreme. They would also be able to get the non donor kits. But like Premiums would have their own kit but they couldn't get the Vip Kit. But in addition to all of this, the thing that makes the Eula bypassed is that non donors would have a different method to getting Kits just a bit better, equal to, or just a tiny bit lower than Donors. I.e. The Old Kit Supreme vs. Kit explorer with the Forrest Kit. Or Take the Half Diamond armour and Half iron armour, add it to Marksman, I think. With the Power V bow and Sharp 3 Iron sword vs. the Old Kit Elite. You see, to bypass the Eula, you would need to make everything fair. Thats actually fair, what I'm proposing. All in all, I'm asking that my $120 not be wasted and get the Old Kit Donors back in here but balance them out with some sort of Scavenger Hunt system or unlocking system or buying system for non donors.

I think that idea sounds pretty nice especially compared to what we had now. The reeeeally old kit map was my favorite kit place on mc so I agree with stuff like that that bring back some old stuff. Also I think the map before last map should be brought back.

 

You should have known before donating that you're DONATING to the server not paying to win, pay2win isn't fun so it's your own fault really.

Just improve at pvp and you won't need unbalanced kits in order to win.

I never said anything about winning. I can win perfectly fine without special kits. Technically we all pay2win because that's why you even donate. To gain an extra curve that allows you to accomplish more then a non donor would. I just don't want to donate 300$ and still have the same benefits as a non donor. Oh and this post was about balanced kits. Not unbalanced kits.

 

My point still stands that it's a donation to the server. Not a payment for a kit which others cannot access, and if you're saying the kits will still be balanced then what's the point having a kit that's the exact same as the non donor kits.

Technically, no. You donate to help the server.

This is all true - we cannot have advantages on the server, period, that is not how we are going to work anymore. Everything is fair for everyone.
We haven't had donor kits in over a year a believe. The system is much more fair and now citizens can much better kill the higher ranks.
You couldnt even kill me with a cit kit that often when I used the supreme kit. And well, let's just say I've lost fights to zombies.

No, it was not a donation, you purchased a product from a shop. In no way have any ranks ever been a donation.


And for the rest: you can't bypass the Eula. You can comply, or not comply.

It is stated as a donation to the server and that is how it should be acknowledged when giving money to the server.

 

I'll find the post when I'm at home. Fuzzlr himself has posted about how these are not donations.

People did not donate, they made a purchase.

 

I don't care, it's still recognised to be a donation. When someone receives a rank, it is broadcasted on the server as a donation. When people refer to people that have given money to the server, they call them donors.

It is seen as donating. No matter what you say or what evidence you provide, it's still known by all as a donation to keep the server running.

no. He paid for a rank with certain perks. It was a sale and he was supposed to receive the benefits advertised. Because it says donations is not a donation.

Honestly It does suck we lost commands we donated <------ DONATED for but it gives everyone a fair advantage in pvp if there is not donater kits and there is no way to avoid the Eula either we follow it or get shut down and I would not want to see meepcraft shutdown over something so pointless. The server is still great without Kits.

 

Again no. Its a purchase. No one if its said to be a donation. Legally, its not a real donation. Is my pistol a shotgun because I call it a shotgun? Do you donate to your local subway when you buy a sandwich? No. Theres an exchange of a product for currency and that product has benefits. Its called a Sale. "No matter what you say or what evidence you provide, it's still known by all as a donation". Way to literally say that you don't care about any evidence provided, you are right because you are. Some smooth logic right there.
