Lol nope. Pretty much only mammals breastfeed. Birds, fish, reptiles, and insects don't.

 

I don't really care; they're not rubbing it in your face so why should anyone care.

My mother breastfed both of my brothers. Cannot tell you how inconvenient that is.

That's not the relevant question. The relevant question is: How many people would be so opposed to public breastfeeding at a restaurant that it would lower the quality of their experience such that they would be reluctant, or even against, returning, thereby denying the restaurant their business.

I'm willing to bet quite a few.

Actually, if you think about it, the restaurant should be able to ban it. It is, after all, private property, and therefore it should be up to the owner's discretion.

 

Exactly, and that's the problem that I have with it. If you're on my property, then I feel that I should be able to determine whether or not you can preform such actions.

 

If you are on my property then (keep in mind this is the only store in the city that sells what you need) then you must be completely covered at all times showing no skin even in the hottest day of summer.

 

If I am on your property, you can ask me to stop.
If I am on someone else's property or public property, you can politely ask but I have all of the right to refuse your request.

 

Screaming is more of a nuisance than breastfeeding. If you don't think that's true then you've never met a real baby. And, to add, that is what the baby will do if you don't feed them. The outcome of that situation is always the same.
Disney service never ceases to amaze me. It's not the place that is magical, it's their employees.

 

My (actual) opinion:

A woman should be self-consious enough to think the following things:

Are people going to stare at me?
Is it going to be embarrassing for me?
Is it necessary to feed my baby now?

If somebody took their boob at all, probably everybody would initially react in a confused/disgusted manner. I think that's why it would be weird for some people to see someone breast feed in public

 

This, ladies and gentlemen is why women feel objectified or are not comfortable with their bodies

I repeat again for all:
If the child was crying very, very loudly everyone would give extremely terrible looks.
So when the mother attempts to fix it (and most likely does) they still get bad looks.

When have I ever said that breast feeding was a crime? Trust me, I am the kind of person who would look away I there was a women breastfeeding in public. I am saying that perverts are everywhere who would like a 'slice of your cake'.
