make /fly cosmetic

Well it'd be stupid every rank is double value, and then this rank has to cost less than a 4th of the previous rank.

 

Would this be abused for finding things to raid?

i still dont understand why ALL of are perks were removed in a sudden, i understand about the eula and staff, but why can i see other servers that their donators can fly and have perks same as to meepcraft?

I think these posts highlight what a divided problem we have here, on the on hand there are "legends" who have donated a significant amount of money who now have same amount of stuff as supremes and such have, I feel as though legends need something to feel like they just haven't lost the reason that most people bought legend for. +1

At first I thought this thread was to bring back /fly for legends. I misunderstood 'cosmetic'. But now I know what Matt meant by 'cosmetic' where you can purchase /fly from any rank. Best of Luck!

 

Mojang gave us less than 10 hours to either follow the EULA or be shut down.
We basically have no choice unless we don't want meep at all anymore.

exactly, most people's opinions on this thread don't matter because they haven't spent $320+ on a perk that no one can get permanently anymore

 

i have purchased over two dozen ultimates some for people as gifts just so they could fly with me, i reiterate, ill take what we have now over any cosmetic version.

 

Alright, I have several points to discuss. Firstly,

As of right now, there is no "black-list" in any official version of Minecraft. Due to extreme backlash, it was removed from version 1.9.4.
Now, on to thoughts of the main idea.

This is very ignorant statement, as it suggests those of us who did not obtain the Ultimate rank cannot possibly have a valid opinion about this.

Care to explain why you feel a cosmetic version of fly is so terrible? Clearly, you have decided it is a terrible idea, but I am curious to see your reasoning why nothing is better than something.

We don't have "nothing" we have fly notes, and the bugs will be squashed.

In terms of your suggestion, we could add a different perk called /spectate which would grant the player the built in gamemode for minecraft which would accomplish this exact task. If you split your idea away from the concept of restructuring how the essentials /fly command works. Then I am a big +1.

i'm pretty sure the essentials of /fly are double space and no gravity, which either idea makes it work the same

 

im sorry i must have mis interpreted the OP, it seems like in that original post you are asking for plugin that lets you spectate, or in otherwords a command which lets you fly around but keeps you from interacting, and your body stays in place, its a gamemode you can switch into in singleplayer... its been around like 2 years. I was saying that the essentials plugin, which this server runs, has a built in /fly command, we use it, redesigning it to have half the capacity, i.e. no block interaction and "teleporting players back and forth" is just a waste of tech time. Thats what I meant.

 

I'm getting sick of this. You all DONATED. A charitable thing, that's what it says everywhere. These perks encouraged yo to donated, but point is you donated. We miss are stuff, and no one in high staff understands as long as it's avalible to everyone you can add it back to ranks.
