    Please make everything that you are going to do with the new perks public before doing anything.... The past big changes done by higher staff cause me not to trust the decisions made ( dungeon, new spawners, etc) all terrible things for the Eco you cannot take back. So please let us criticize the decisions before you put them in place to prevent further damage to the servers Eco and gameplay.

    Edit: I understand there are somethings you cannot share with us before hand due to possible abuse but please try your best. And of not with us then please AT LEAST share with the whole moderation staff team before you implement major changes.

    moved to discussion. this isn't really something we can materialise in a suggestion. It's something that can be spoken about, but keep in mind that we already have Trello for all the recent updates/plans and such.

    You are allowed to criticize them all you want. Doesn't change the fact that they'll probably still do it.


    As far as the Eco goes, it seems what they're doing really is necessary to save the server.

    Adding witch horse silverfish guardian etc spawners is one of the dumbest things you could ever do lmfao....
    And there was no thought put into it what so ever (Not assuming, I can prove it).

    And before another person says "it's their server" or "its fuzzlr's server" it's not.. it's our server, we are the reason it's still standing due to our donations and our commitment to play. (This whole thread was a rant thread but a truthful one)

    It is not our server. We're customers of Fuzzlr's server, and our role extends to that of a customer, not a shareholder or investor.

    The original request is fair enough, but the entire attitude comes across very snide.

    I will say that squid/wolf/ocelot spawners were a supreme perk in 2013. (not that you mentioned those specifically)
    So technically, some of the adds were actually to pay homage to our past donors(or customers as you refer in this thread) who had been "wronged" and forgotten about after the revolution.

    I understand what your opinion is, I just fail to see the implied negatives of having access to those spawners. Can you demonstrate outside of opinion why it is bad for the server overall?
    I just fail to see any more than a few people who could have been "harmed" by this addition as opposed to the countless number of people who got more fun stuff for free...

    Glow stone went from 50-75 a piece to 2-5 a piece. Wolf ocelot horse heads went from 100-200k a piece to 5-15k a piece. Pretty much all mob heads went down the toilet. Gunpowder=bones=1meeble each. Red stone went from 5 to .5. Silverfish spawners went from 700k-1mill as a rare cosmetic to 50k. Need I say more?

    Spawners in general are not good for any economy. It is infinite amount of items that gets added to the eco. Are you reffering to that we should remove all spawners on the server? And as you stated yourself, it is hard to share certain things with the public because it would be abused if we did. I think that is true when it comes to all economy changes, because people can make money of changes that gets done to the economy. If you could provide an example where this is not the case i would be more for the idea, because i can't think of any. ( An example of what we could share eco wise that would not be abused.)

    Glowstone was available as a villager trade exploit, Imo glowstone should have been worth less a long time ago, too much money was added through those itemcase glowstone signs. It was one of the last remaining loopholes that let earnings more than 100k/hr possible.
    Fret not, the quartz hole is still there....
    I had 8 silverfish spawners, which was more than half of the collection on the server, I didn't mind losing their value.
    Mob heads are for sale in /spawn anyhow. Now citizens can get their mob heads without wasting the money they were saving for a town. Gunpowder helps people make potions and tnt, both of which are fun for new players.

    What happened was the value of some items decreased, no economy was destroyed, merely adjusted.
    Where are the complaints about zombie spawners making iron?

    Like I said, you can demonstrate that a few people lost value in their hoarded collections, but you cannot demonstrate that the majority of the players suffered. Because of this, I don't consider your argument valid when you say "destroyed the eco".


    I will remind you that the entire Exclusive level of the shop now provides robust economic incentives for dungeon hunters... disprove that.

    Agreed. But there is a difference in being a customer and exercising that role and having any notion players have some sort of ownership or investment type relationship.

    Granted, Summrs was using a bit of hyperbole, but I've seen the absolute nuisance the ideology of players feeling they own the server is.

    Bias irrelevant. Silverfish spawners in shop = Might as well put dragon eggs in shop.

    You had to take the time to trade and work for it plus villagers are nerfed to heck.

    The little markets are what matter on this server. We denied "/Grass" which was a suggestion to turn dirt into grass once just so we could save the SUPER SMALL grass market then we decided to ruin all of these markets.

    I didnt even mention horse spawners and that made golden carrots along with all horse breeders worthless.
    Also guradian temples are now worthless since there are guardian grinders.

    Its the little things that matter in this type of server.

    Collectable items should not be worthless this comment is irrelevant considering it has nothing to do with buying a town. If anything you can turn it around and now cits cant hunt for mob heads to sell to players for money to buy a town along with earning money in all of the other ways that were ruined due to adding spawners.

    Both now worthless. You just added on to the worthless item list.

    Rare drops have a 2.5% chance of occurring when a monster dies. They only occur if the monster is killed by a player.
    Iron is a rare drop. redstone gunpowder and glowstone are not.

    That i disagree with, the fact is that the way we do things is in constant change. We try to adapt and we take criticism seriously. You as a ex-staff member/experienced community member should know that listening to the community is the main reason that meepcraft is still here today. But we do pick suggestions using logic. If we do a change there is allways a reason behind it or a long term reason behind it.

    Remember it is allways easy sitting on the sideline criticising the decisions that are being made for you, but it is allways hard coming up with good suggestions yourself.
