these items, too, can be spawned in and only have 1 time use-value. because the item does not require labor to build, transportation, marketing, or labor to sell, calculating a price is fairly arbitrary and i dont see how supply/demand charts can play any role here.

additionally, should we remove all other 1-time perks for meebles? what about the shop, should we remove that as well? it's the same principle.

the primary problem with the meepcraft economy is the excess of money. the new eula changes will take a lot of money out of the eco. i had nothing to spend my money on previously, now i do.

The point I have been making is that it supply/demand theory doesn't apply when variable are removed such as the amount supplied and the price. I want to remove the ability to purchase them right now so that price is driven by supply/demand it and becomes more of a market item rather than a meeble perk.

The problem with meep isn't the excess of money, it's that the money is sitting in accounts that will never purchase/trade etc, so this suggestion it about pushing for a more player to player driven market. Yes you can try to drain money from those accounts by offering perks for meebles but that doesn't stimulate an economy and it doesn't provide for interesting gameplay.

We are looking to reach the same end goal which is moving money out of the accounts with 50mil+ and never spend it. My theory is saying that if we grow an interesting economy then people with that money will invest and end up spreading that money into the server population. The current practice is about offering perks for meebles and hoping that people with crazy amounts of money will want to buy enough perks that it will start to drain their balance even a little bit. I hope you are starting to see what I'm getting at in that we can accomplish the goal of getting money moving around the economy and at the same time removing it and we don't have to sell perks for meebles.
