Yea I believe what that article says cause' I've personally never had one before but did you just spend 2 minutes searching that up just to prove me wrong or did you already know that?

I haven't had nightmares in a long time sadly. I love a good scare tbh.
Some lf the last bad dreams I had involved me going to school without shoes or socks and having to hide that from everyone. My feet were also cold in that dream.

It's been too many years since I had a full fledge nightmare. But back when I did this special song always played in them so I learned to wake up whenever I heard that song.

 

I had this wonderful nightmare (Lol not wonderful). I remember it really well.

So basically, I went to sleep (for real, not dreaming yet). Then, I woke up (now dreaming). I went through my normal Monday routine (This was sunday night), had a normal Monday, went to sleep, had a dream within my dream, then went on to Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. All normal days, with Baseball practice, after practice practice, homework, etc. Over the weekend, I think, or on Friday, I made some bad choices lol and got addicted to Heroin (although for some strange reason I did it via pills instead of injection). The days kept going on (now not like normal), for like, another week and a half, during which time I got kicked off the baseball team, which led me to kill myself via train. Then I woke up.

It was a thoroughly unpleasant dream.

 

Personally I believe in sugar rushes and will explain my reasons tomorrow, going to sleep now

Okay, so basically sugar is terrible for you right? Whenever I eat things I'm allergic to I get a little buzz and want more. That is exactly how I feel with sugar and I'm SUPER addicted, Another reason is that sugar give you fast energy similar to a "high." Then you crash quickly and if you are like me will become hypoglycemic.
