Illegal?

I know you can't possess spawners if you are below elite. But what if you find a dungeon in your town? Are you allowed to use it to make a grinder? Asking because there is a dungeon right next to my town, and I was thinking about extending my town over it. Will I get arrested?

 

You can use any natural spawner as long as it has not been placed by anyone
if it's in a natural dungeon you're fine

You still cannot grab the spawner even if there is a dungeon in your town. If there is one, the mobs won't be able to spawn unless you turn on mobs.

If you're elite+ and the mayor, yes. You can take the spawner(s) you find and use them for a grinder.

You can expand and take the dungeon's spawner, then unclaim it. No harm done.

 

He can use the one single natural spawner and make a grinder using it. He'd have to build the grinder around the spawner and it'd be very slow but it is legal for an exl - to use any natural spawner they find on their plot
