Do you seriously expect me to take a "job" like this seriously? Just in case I haven't stressed this enough... It's a minecraft server! A "job" like this won't help me survive a financial crisis, nor will it be any experience for a Resume or CV, Unless you put it under "volunteering". But if I were an employer who saw "Minecraft Server" under "Volunteering" on someone's CV, I would straight up toss that CV into the recycling.

-"You have to have a majority of +1s on your app in order for the server to accept you for interview"; That's clearly what happened to BlendyCat. I literally see and hear people in chat and on TS saying "Why is Blendy a helper?". Maybe it's not what the people saw in him, maybe it's what the mods saw in him. The server obviously saw something good in Blendy and decided to accept his interview. This leads me to believe that the player's votes are truly not as important compared to mod's votes.

-"-1, Never seen nor heard of you"; ... Is this legit? Does this actually count?

There is a serious problem with people overrating the application voting criteria. One time on TeamSpeak, me and a group of people were in a channel, We were talking about staff and then someone mentioned that they should apply for staff, to which I said "+1". @Muunkee - Alexia was in the channel, and after I said "+1", she said "seriously?" then left the channel. From here on out, I will vote fairly on applications based on what I think is good and what I think is bad about an applicant. Immaturity doesn't count, Activity may count, and Attitude absolutely counts. There will be no Bias, Each person should be judged fairly.

He sure did. He took responsibility for what he did wrong. He didn't hide it, he owned up to it and I have evidence of it if you would like to see it. He is trust worthy and honest. Sometimes can misunderstand things but honestly, we all make that mistake.

No, you're just salty you didn't get helper. Because of this post and your previous conduct I really hope you don't. I saw your post on the suggestion for chat titles, in which you acted like a little kid.
And no, player votes are not important. It sucks, but that's how it is. The staff make decisions not us
