PC Build Final Arrangements

I'm not dead lol, I've just been researching stuff for about a month. Anyways, I am going with an Intel CPU and an NVIDIA GPU, however, I forgot to make a poll about pricing. Not going to give a ton of options, as I want to keep this within reach of most people (if you work hard at it or are just rich). Obviously, the more you spend, the better the PC is, but you would be surprised at the performance you can get out of stuff at lower price ranges too.

hmm, it seems with the new DX12 coming out AMD cards perform better with high end intel CPU's, so one day AMD cards might actually have a competition over NVIDIA, might want to look into that for new games using DX12 features

 

I need a new computer and I'm too lazy to look up parts so this could actually be pretty helpful.

 

Hopefully it is! By the way, it will be a several part series, as I want to go over why I choose each part extremely well, and my conclusion will have a link to the overall part list. I will give the poll a few more hours and then I will add the final touches to the build log.

 

You may also want to hold out until Pascal for the GPU.

 

For my own build, I may. I doubt, however, that there will be huge performance gains unlike the jump from the 7XX to 9XX series.
